What were the Crusades? and were they justified?

Non-Internet Explorer Users

  1. If you're using Firefox, Opera or any other browsers except Internet Explorer, make sure you have Flash Player installed and it is enabled. Click the download link and install it. After a sucessful installation, refresh your browser. Download Flash Player.
  2. if you have Flash Player installed and still you can't play the video, please make sure it is enabled in the add-ons menu of your browser. After you enabled it, refresh your browser.

Internet Explorer users

  1. If you're using Internet Explorer, please make sure that the ActiveX filter is disabled. ActiveX filter is blocking the flash player to execute, this is a security feature in Internet Explorer. Make sure you UNCHECK this option and then REFRESH your browser. See the example below. Note: If you are using a version of Internet Explorer prior to version 9, this option could be in another location, but it shouldn't be difficult to find.
  2. If you disabled the ActiveX filter and you still can't play the video, you probably don't have Adobe Flash Player installed on your computer, you must have Adobe Flash Player installed. Download Adobe Flash Player. Please make sure it is ENABLED in the add-ons window of Internet Explorer.
  3. You can choose to save it to your hard drive or run the installer right after the download is finished.
  4. After you installed the Adobe Flash Player successfully, restart Internet Explorer and you're ready to go.

With a special emphasis on the First Crusade and the Great Battle of Antioch, this video covers various angles of the issue and focuses on some of the most interesting moments of the exciting and miraculous First Crusade. Note for those with a short attention span: some of the most interesting parts come near the middle or end of the video. The beginning deals with important background information. This video could also be called, "The First Crusade and the Great Battle of Antioch."
